Perfect everything. Perfect location. Very quite neighborhood at night. Grocery store across the street. Cemetery 50 meters away. World class medialunas at Russi 2 blocks East. High ceilings. Wonderful feel of typical, traditional Argentina flat with all the emenities we needed.

Great stay! We will be back!

Euca’s place was exactly what I was looking for, and fit our needs perfectly. The location is perfect. Recoleta has numerous top tier restaurants and many cafes, patisseries, and a couple of good grocery stores. The subway system in BA is great, there’s a stop near the apartment, and Ubers are plentiful and cheap. We’re finicky about beds, and the apartment’s bed is quite comfortable. Would I rent this apartment again or recommend it to friends? 100%! Our week in BA was absolutely wonderful, and the apartment contributed greatly to our experience.

Few times have we walked into an Airbnb and immediately said “I’d like to own this place!” It has been so well remodeled. The space is fresh and simple. There are two balconies overlooking the quiet street. One of them has a small table so we could eat our breakfast there. The bed is super comfortable. The building is just what you expect in Recoleta. It’s designed by a French architect. There’s a winding staircase. There’s a delightful old elevator. Everything is clean. The delicate black iron on front door is from the time period. We are going to book it again when we return next winter. Bravo! An extraordinary value.

The place was incredible! Host was super attentive and responsive with all our questions about the place. The area is beautiful and walkable, great location with a park, restaurants and even tourist attractions. If we come back I would stay here again! I miss Buenos Aires already.

An ideal location, and a nice big apartment. That huge wood floor in the living room was very good for solo tango practice after classes! ;-)

We had a great stay at Euca's apartment. We would definitely come back! Very spacious, functional, with everything you need to spend a few nights as if it were your home!

The apartment was very nice. Unfortunately, the shower is inadequate in several respects. The floor is very slippery and there are no handles to hold on to. And a rain shower is completely unsuitable for a proper shower. Unfortunately, the water was cold and only warmed up a bit, very slowly. The flow rate was low. We complained about the cold water and were promised that it would get warmer, but nothing changed until the end. It's a good thing the temperatures were pleasant in Buenos Aires. Overall, we would be happy to recommend the apartment. Suggestion: Inform guests about the conditions in the shower.

WOW firstly the host is very responsive and accommodating. second the neighborhood recoletta is amazing on its own and this stay is perfectly placed right in the center of it all. Very close to food, culture, shopping, relaxation - it had everything!! the stay itself was a great space and was very warm and homey 1000000% stay here!!!

The stay was great! Clean apartment, conveniently located, and the hosts were very kind in allowing us to drop off our luggage early. It would be again and recommend it!

The apartment was very comfortable and well located. It had everything mentioned in the listing. The apartment could benefit from written instructions regarding AC, clothes washer, kitchen appliances etc since the verbal instructions were given to us after 13 hours of flying and little sleep. We remembered very little when it came time to use something.

Great Recoleta location... turn right out of the doorway- local charm, businesses and BA history, turn left and closer to more tourist centric places and other historical venues. Outstanding customer support, patience, and responsiveness to my numerous questions! The apartment is located on a quiet side street with a convenience mart across the street and plenty of local restaurants within walking or short uber or cabify trips. Bed is comfy and the black out curtains were perfect. Kitchen equipped; however, we were always eating out and exploring. Our request for more than 1 bath towel and hand towel each was approved upon check in which we greatly appreciated. Plenty of hot water, shower, and paper supplies provided for short stays. We rented for 5 nights and felt comfortable with the safe environment when we were away for 1 night to visit Iguaza Falls. With typical traffic, apartment is approximately an hour from EZE, 30 min from AEP and 20 minutes from the cruise port.

super charming loft definitely gave buenos aires!!!! the location was perfect very central . the elevator to the apartment was AMAZING !!! the host is very responsive.

Great recently remodeled apartment with a very good layout. Ideal location with easy walking distance to everything. Good bed (needs a couple more pillows), great shower, well equipped kitchen, very comfy sofa. Would stay again, recommended.

We had a great stay here. We especially liked: 1. The location. Steps from the Recoleta Cemetery. High-end shopping two blocks in one direction. Shopping for real people two blocks in the other direction (the Recoleta Urban Mall). A huge variety of restaurants and bars on every street. Busy and safe neighborhood. 2. The apartment itself: Super clean, spacious, and comfortable. A huge sofa we could both sprawl out on. Very comfortable bed. Lots of closet space and lots of hangers. Well equipped kitchen that we never used (too many neat restaurants right outside the door). 3. The host: Friendly and responsive from the very first moment of contact many months ago. 4. A great value. We looked at hotels, but this was much less expensive and offered much more. We would happily stay there again.

Great location. Close to many attractions and lots of dining options in the area. Very safe area to stay in. 1 flight of stairs made reaching the apartment floor very easy. There is also an elevator but we did not need that. Great shower and multiple balconies to enjoy the area.

Anyone staying in Buenos Aires should strongly consider this lovely apartment in the heart of Recoleta. It is perfectly located with walking distance to historical places, shopping, excellent restaurants, and entertainment. The kitchen was modestly, but well equipped. The bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept on. The tall ceilings, balconies and historical fixtures, added charm, space, and comfort to the experience. Groceries, pharmacy, and anything else we needed was just a few steps away. And even though it is in the heart of the city, the neighborhood was quiet and absolutely safe.

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of Recoleta, within walking distance of incredible restaurants, cafés, and major attractions. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy, the WiFi was fast, and the little touches made it feel like home. What truly set this stay apart was the host’s hospitality. They were incredibly responsive, provided fantastic recommendations, and made sure everything was seamless from check-in to check-out. Great location, so easy to walk to sights and lovely park and restaurants, bars. Communication was brilliant throughout our stay with helpful advice given as well. Very peaceful at night and comfortable bed as well. Lots of space in flat meant a relaxing stay. The washing machine was really handy to use. Great little empanada take-away under the flat, delicious.

We enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is in an older building that seems to be undergoing renovations. However, the apartment itself is large, comfortable and furnished as in the photos. Great area, close to the Recoleta Cemetery, lots of good restaurants, plus even an empanada shop on the ground floor, and close to the subway. We would recommend this to others wanting a convenient location.

I had an amazing time in BA, and staying here was a big part of that. The unit is spacious, located in a great area full of restaurants, bars, shops, etc., and the communication with the PLANTAHAUS team was excellent. It was nice to know that after being out and about in the city all day, I could come home and relax in the comfort of the apartment. I would definitely stay here again when I return.

I loved the apartment! Location is perfect: in the heart of Recoleta, close to restaurants and supermarkets. Very nice and safe area. The apartment is better than the pictures, and clearly super spacious. Loved the high ceilings and the decoration. King bed, great sheets and towels, and everything very complete. Cute balconies and very silent apartment. I do recommend it 100%!

Worth every penny! This place is gorgeous and the location is exceptional. Just half a block from stunning Recoleta cemetery, and everything you can need in between (bars, restaurants, Supermarket, and pharmacies). I think this location is unbeatable. Nancy gave us a warm welcome and showed us around the apartment upon arrival. She was kind and professional and took the extra time to give us directions to get to a couple places we need to go. Victoria and her team were very responsive and kind at all times. After a terrible experience with a different host in the city the day before, dealing with Victoria and her team was such a refreshing experience! I cannot recomend this apartment enough! We felt right at home! Thank you Nancy and Victoria!

We enjoyed our 4 night stay on this quiet street in Recoleta. The apartment is very spacious and filled with natural light. The appliances are all new. The air cons worked well which was lucky as it was extremely hot in BA. The furnishings are a bit spartan but perfectly fine. The mini market across the street was very convenient. The host was great and very responsive.

We loved our stay at Planthaus, the bed was comfy, the location was stellar, and having coffee and laundry soap available was a very nice touch. The location was perfect for us, lots of outdoor cafes and restaurants and so close to the museum and Recoleta. It was such a great place for our stay. We would definitely return. The customer service was stellar and responsive too which I appreciated even before we got to BA!

Really lovely 11-day stay in well appointed apartment in perfect location in best part of town! Very comforter and stylish unit on second floor with elevator…although hallways are quite tired the unit/space itself is fully renovated and comfortable. Lots of restaurants in neighbourhood and a small grocery store across the street for essentially…with a full grocery just a 5 minute walk away. Would highly recommend.

We loved staying at Euca’s place! It’s a very nice, spacious apartment. The kitchen is small, but has everything you need for your stay and the bathroom was great as well. It’s situated in a beautiful neighbourhood and exploring the rest of the city was easy. Highly recommended!

We loved the spacious apartment, excellent location and comfortable bed. Everything about the apartment was perfect for our visit. The only negative was we waited for about 15 minutes to meet our check-in and check-out persons, but when we messaged the host, Juan, he was very responsive which resolved matters quickly. We highly recommend this stay - it is a great find and excellent value in Buenos Aires!

A spacious apartment in a lovely area in Recoleta at a price that's half what you'd pay per night for a hotel room. Looks exactly like the photos--right down to the cat throw pillows on the bed. We loved the walkability of the neighborhood and easily found good restaurants and shopping nearby. The apartment is a stone's throw from the Recoleta Cemetery and very near the Museo de Bellas Artes. We even walked to the MALBA. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again. This apartment is in the best location of Buenos Aires. Walking distance of the cemetery, Recoleta Mall, restaurants, supermarket and cafés. The apartment is beautiful and the decorations is amazing. The kitchen has everything you need. The bed is super comfy. I definitely stay there again.

The apartment , was more spacious than I thought it would be . We did not cook , the kitchen seemed well equipped. Great restaurants , parks and amenities all walkable. It was surprisingly quiet given the location. It is a spacious very clean apartment in an old building . If there is more than one of you , do ask for another set of keys. Would definitely stay again.

This is a wonderful place. We had a great stay and we were very comfortable. The neighborhood is cozy. It’s just like we lived there. The grocery store is across the street and the restaurants are around the corner. Thank you Juan for a perfect stay.

Loved our stay. Really appreciated the coffee. Only recommendation would be two extra pillows for sitting up in bed. And hot water is scalding. Maybe adjust how hot the hot can get.

Super fast wifi. Really comfortable bed, quality linens. 2 quiet air conditioners. Market right across the street. Modern layout. Lots of HOT water ( be careful with it until you get to know it). High ceilings. Natural wood floors. We would definitely stay there again. A very special place in a very special city.

Had a lovely stay in Buenos Aires and the apartment was perfect for what I needed. The area is so perfect for short or long-term stays as it is walkable to so many things and is surrounded by great restaurants. The apartment was super spacious and I loved the closet space. Highly recommend for visiting BsAs! Hosts were also very communicative and helpful.

We had a lovely stay in this Recoleta apartment! It was in a lovely, safe and walkable neighborhood, close up night life but far enough away that it was quiet. Lovely space for my young daughter and I, super comfy bed, well equipped kitchen- we wish we could have stayed longer.

The apartment is great. I think it is even better than the description and the pictures. It's big and the high ceilings adds more style. It is quite, nice, everything inside is new, clean and comfortable. The location couldnt be better. Access to the mall, restaurants, bars, boliche(discotec) pharmacy, minimarket, supermarket, historical city features, nice park just across street, a place to exchange dollards just 50 meters away. The balconies add a romantic charm to it. Nice wide stairs if you want to walk to the first floor apartment or you use the nice elevator. We stayed in other places and this is the best so far. Recoleta is a vibrant neighborhood to stay. After this stay we are going to another of Juan Bautista's apartments in Puerto Madero. He showed us his Airbnb places are top notch.

This was a fabulous Airbnb! Exactly like the photos! Just minutes from the famous Recoleta Cemetery. It was really nice to have the two balconies. The whole Airbnb reminded me of a typical Parisian apartment. Very spacious with high ceilings. The whole space was beautifully decorated and furnished. Thoroughly recommend!

It was an amazing house! even better than the photos, perfect location, awesome interior design, comfortable bed, hosts are helping about everything and answers messages immediately. The apartment is in a charming old building undergoing some renovations. The apartment itself is completely updated and the communication with the owner was quite perfect. Every question we had was answered in a timely, friendly and professional manner. The area is very nice and we enjoyed the many cafes and restaurants. We thought Rodi bar was a real find. Great experience! I had already stayed in another apartment in Planthaus, in Bairro Retiro and the team is always attentive. Este, in Recoleta, is very close to the best restaurants and breweries, among other establishments (be sure to enjoy the Parolaccia, which specializes in pasta and the Blest microbrewery, which also serves "masks" and perfect drinks), as well as several tourist attractions, such as the Recoleta Cultural Center, the Weekend Crafts Fair, the National Museum of Arts, Floralis Generica and much more.

It was a great experience. In addition to being clean and tidy, the apartment is spacious and tastefully decorated. Bed linen and towels were very fragrant, with that good laundry smell. In the kitchen there were all the utensils in perfect condition. The location is perfect. Definitely the best airbnb I've ever stayed.

The apartment is fantastic and spacious for a couple. It is very well located for getting to know the city. It's very cozy and the furniture is nice and suitable. It is very well soundproofed. It has two easy to use TVs. It would be missing to equip the kitchen a bit, and the sheets were made of cotton.

Beautiful modernized old building apartment with lots of charm in a very good location in Recoleta.Restaurants,supermarket in the immediate vicinity . 50 meters from the cemetery and cultural center , on weekends the market can be reached directly with art and crafts. The apartment is furnished with style and very tastefully . High-quality bed and bedding. We could have moved in directly . Highly recommend ! Next time just this apartment . Great accommodation, being able to improve in some points, air conditioning in the bedroom leaking water, transparent bathroom window and could have at least one coffee powder to welcome guests... No but, everything perfect...

Great location. Next to the building there is a great empanada shop and currency exchange on the street. Property located a few meters from Recoleta Cemetery. Would recommend.

A very good apartment But they want to charge for washing towels and mats, which is clearly an abuse and an attempt to make money in a bad way. It's a bad way to treat a guest who has kept the apartment impeccable I even left a day early and didn't even ask for a refund.

very good location, very comfortable for us who travel without children as the building is old and dark and is a little scary. Good restaurants nearby, next to the cemetery. Impeccable towels, just a bed detail that I communicated to them and they welcomed them very well. Highly recommended.

Excellent location and good communication with the host since booking… a few steps from the famous La Biela cafe and several other city attractions… the area is nice for walking and a good point to have it base to go to other places in the city…
