Unique and Quiet Art Deco Fully Renovated

Very beautiful, stylish, and functional apartment! I spent almost three weeks there with my child, and it was wonderful. Santiago and Thomas were very helpful with all my questions, arranged for cleaning, and were always in touch. There are all the dishes and kitchen utensils, a huge bed with a good mattress, and a lot of different lighting. The location is also excellent, within walking distance of parks, restaurants, bus stops, the metro, and bars.

Fantastic place! I loved staying here and will definitely be back. Host was amazing to deal with and the apartment was very clean, stylish and well equipped for a longer stay. 5 stars!!

Wonderful stay, highly recommend. Beautiful and comfortable apartment in a great neighborhood. Walkable to several cute cafes for breakfast and the park. Many great spots nearby for dinner and central for all our sightseeing. We loved our visit!

The apartment is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Buenos Aires. It is a recently renovated art deco apartment that overlooks a green block with trees and is bright, which also makes the apartment a quiet place. Santiago and his host team have always been attentive to my needs during the 90 days of my stay. I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful apartment for a long time: working air conditioners (they helped a lot in the winter); nice parquet; great that there is a gas stove for cooking; very comfortable mattress for the back, which was very important for me and a lot of space for things in the bedroom! The apartment is as seen in the photos. It's spacious, everything is new and the area is very good too. There are shops nearby and it is very private and quiet. I understand that they remodeled an apartment in a Vintage Art Deco building, it was very nice. It feels like new. The water is hot, there is good pressure, clothes hangers, plenty of storage space and the kitchen is complete. Santiago is very attentive and kind! I would stay there again!

This is the second time staying in one of the departments of Santiago. And this last experience was just as great as the first one. The apartment is impeccable, clean, quiet, and an excellent location. Hope to be back some other time! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
