Great experience. Communication with Juan Carlos and his partner was always quick and to the point, including when I asked for things like early check-in, for example. The apartment is exactly as described, spacious, the bed is good, and it was clean when I arrived. It is located right next to the metro station and is well-lit. I recommend it.

The apartment is comfortable, very well located with access to the subway, restaurants, clothing stores, and more. Although I didn't use the pool and hot tub, you do have access to them; the doormen at the entrance are very attentive and always there.

Comfortable apartment in a nice building and a convenient area where you can get around easily by subway or on foot. The directions were clear, and the apartment was very clean and tidy. The pool is very nice; the gym is a bit neglected, but that’s not the host’s responsibility; it’s still useful. Recommended and very good value for money.

very good location to get around anywhere. A modern building, and everything is very well equipped. I would pay a little more attention to the decor, but that's subjective. Everything else is excellent.

Easy check-in. Very central w/SUB. Lovely breakfast restaurant 20 meters outside. The only thing I would have done differently was to remember earplugs since the street outside is trafficked all night.

The table on the balcony was missing, everything else was excellent. The next time I go to Buenos Aires it will be my first choice

The apartment is of excellent quality. The furniture is not new. The table is a high bar and the chairs are very uncomfortable. We ate standing up. There are no nightstands, nor is there any furniture on the balcony. Everything else is fine.

The hosts were very friendly. They were attentive to questions, responding as soon as possible. The apartment is as seen in the photos: comfortable, spacious and in a very good location!!

Nice apartment and located in an ideal location.

We stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it! The apartment is bigger than I was expecting, very spacious for a studio. It has lots of natural light and the air con was a life saver. It’s super clean and comfortable and has everything you need for a home from home. We cooked a few times & had everything we needed, the bathroom is great, bed is comfortable & nice living area to relax. The building has a small gym (limited weights but still nice to have a space to work out), two pools to cool off in & security. The apartment is located next to a subway station (although sadly this was closed for maintenance during our stay so we had to walk a few blocks to the next stop but still very convenient)- you can use contactless on your debit or credit card and no longer need to buy SUBE card which is super easy & the trains are very affordable and easy to navigate across the city. There’s shops nearby & parks are easily walkable. The hosts were great, very helpful & easy to get in.

Everything was great! The hosts were extremely responsive and helped me with anything that came up. Rooftop pool was lovely. Place was clean and had everything I might need. Bed was cozy and also - the apartment itself has a lovely view! Would stay again.

The stay was okay for the price, and the host was very very responsive. However, there are a few things to note. The apartment is quite noisy, even on the 8th floor. Upgrading the windows would help a lot. Additionally, the water heating system runs on electricity, and both of us experienced issues with it.

The apartment exceeded our expectations. It is a very tidy, practical and clean single environment. We need to disconnect, have a moment alone and we really feel very comfortable. We found it super quiet despite being on a main Av. The great thing about the location is that we were also able to walk and enjoy the area. Juan was super friendly and responded to all our questions and concerns. We will definitely be back again!

It was worth it, the only point that bothered me a little was the smell of the product used in the cleaning, but everything was very clean, only the aroma even if it did not please me much, from the safest place, well located and with a good space

Highly recommended at that price! I still don't know how the stove works, but that's more my fault for not communicating to ask, since Juan Carlos always responded very quickly to every message I sent him. If the opportunity arises, I would come back!

I don't think there's good value for money. The apartment has several maintenance and cleaning problems. Unfortunately, there is very little attention to detail, which creates discomfort. I don't recommend it.

Small but complete apartment for a good stay. The area is good, subway stops at the door, some stores very close. Good location. They provide the necessary sheets and towels, all spotless, things for cooking, coffee and sugar. There is soap and shampoo, TV with directv go and wifi. It was a good stay, recommended

The only thing to note is that it has problems with the shower. Although the owner informed us (regarding problems with the gas supply in the building, which would be in management to solve) the system implemented to heat the water is deficient.
