Elegant 2. Brand new apartment

Inés was very kind in her management, and the check-in was very clear. The apartment is suitable for a couple. It doesn't have an extraction hood for those who prefer to cook. A very comfortable bed, which is appreciated. Air conditioning in good condition. Regarding the building (something that is unavoidable for the host's management), it has serious problems with gray water ventilation and the bathroom. However, once you're in the apartment, that smell that fills the hallways and elevator is left behind. Another point to consider is that there is a bar or disco across the street, which was perhaps uncomfortable for us because the noise continues until the wee hours of the morning. It's not crazy, but keep in mind that you're sleeping in a bohemian environment. Perhaps if they invest in changing the quality of the double-pane windows or put acoustic sheets over the existing ones, it would improve a lot. The neighborhood is very nice, very safe, and within a very reasonable walking distance to the Metro. Overall it was a good stay. Value for the money

The Apartment was clean. Safe neighborhood. Far from the main tourist attractions. Very new building. Across the street, there's a popular underground bar that has a line all night long, and it's very noisy on weekends. I'm used to noise, but it was very difficult to sleep on Friday, and on Saturday, it was impossible to sleep. I communicated with Inês very politely, and she offered to let me leave the apartment, refunding the cost of the remaining days.

Whenever I stay in Palermo, I walk to two great bakeries for coffee andb breakfast - turns out that they are right on the corner. A lot of other units on BnB look good in the photos but everything is falling apart. Ines's is a small studio but quite nice and comfortable. One note: there is a nightclub called the Metro across the street that has a cool NY subway car at the entrance. While you don't hear noise from the club itself, often there is a line around the block. You can hear folks talking while waiting on the street below at two in the morning. That doesn't bother me at all - but if you are sound sensitive you should bring some earplugs to sleep. I loved my stay there and would highly recommend it. The building, neighborhood and unit were all top notch.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Buenos Aires. The location is truly prime! close to everything you need, with great restaurants, cafés, shops, and public transport all within easy walking distance. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It felt safe, well maintained, and perfect for both relaxing and exploring the city. Check-in and communication were smooth and hassle-free. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a high-quality stay in a top location in Buenos Aires.

The experience was wonderful! The apartment is cozy, and everything was very clean and organized, equipped with everything we needed. Super comfortable bed, good quality bed and bath linens. The location is perfect for those who enjoy being close to good food and shopping, without the hustle and bustle of the center. The neighborhood is captivating…charming and welcoming. Really lovely studio in a very safe area with lots of nearby bars, cafes and restaurants. Close to subway. Entry into the building was easy with a QR code, no security or doorman but felt very safe.

It was amazing! A practical and comfortable place to stay with everything you need to stay for a few more days. Inês and Pilar are great and very helpful. I had a problem with my cell phone battery, and Inês promptly helped me. The location is great, very quiet, and I felt safe. It's close to a very charming corner with nice bars and restaurants, a supermarket, and a street lined with trees. In fact, with the height of the balcony, I felt like I was living in the trees-you can read a book and enjoy the late afternoon there. Amei, I would be back for sure!

Comfort, a fair space with very modern design and architecture, a very comfortable balcony for a good outdoor breakfast and a super cozy light at all times. We had a great time and will be back!

Very comfortable, nice and bright apartment. I imagined it a little bigger, but it's super functional. I love the building! It can be quite noisy at night, as it has bars in front. It's a very nice and busy area. The hosts are always very good, attentive to all needs.

Amazing apartment. I stayed in other AirBNBs in Palermo, and this one was by far the best. I really enjoyed the pool. The washing machines and driers are also great and are free! This is an amazing apartment, it’s like a tree house with an excellent view of trees and you can listen to live jazz from the window on Friday and Saturday evenings since there is a jazz club downstairs. The apartment is brand new and is very clean. I rate the apartment 10/10! Ines and Pilar are great hosts and were very responsive and helpful! I had an amazing stay, I would stay here again!
